Our Favorite (Blush, Peach, and Honey) Dahlias at Green Willow Gardens

Dahlias are one of the stars of our flower farm! While there are countless beautiful dahlias out there, we’ve found a few tried-and-true favorites that we love for their productivity, color, and ability to produce plenty of tubers for future seasons. Here are some of our top picks:

Castle Drive

This dahlia is a staple in our fields for its soft peachy-pink petals with a hint of gold in the center. Not only is it stunning in bouquets, but it also pumps out blooms all season long and produces a healthy number of tubers for the next year.

Rock Run Ashley

If you love warm, golden tones, Rock Run Ashley is a must-grow. It has a rich apricot hue that blends beautifully with other flowers, making it a favorite among designers. This variety is a workhorse, constantly pushing out new blooms and tubers, making it a reliable choice for our farm.

Sweet Nathalie

Elegant and soft, Sweet Nathalie is a dreamy blush dahlia sometimes with a hint of lavender. The bloom does have a tendency to face outward instead of up, but it's beautiful color makes up for that!

Valley Tawney

Another standout dahlia that we love growing at Green Willow Gardens! This variety features warm, sandy-peach tones that fit beautifully into a variety of color palettes. It’s an excellent producer, offering long, strong stems and a steady supply of blooms throughout the season.
